Hello. I am using a Belkin N300 Wireless USB Adapter Model: F9L1002v1 From my research it looks like this uses the Realtek RTL8192SU chipset just like the DLink DWA-131.
However following this thread I am unable to get it working. I am using the ARCH image linked to on this guide www.piratebox.cc (the bittorrent link).
Using it on my Raspberry Pi B+
I tried enabling device probe, upping the probe_time to 20, I switched the driver to rtl871xdrv in the conf and installed the adafruit hostapd as you show. On boot my only error is:
