Raspberry Pi(rate) Box - No capture page, browser not automatically going to piratebox

I have succesfully installed and booted my piratebox on a Pi2. I can connect to the AP and everything looks good when I browse to 192.168.77.1 - But when I connect there is no capture page. Shouldn't any dns request bounce to that page? That isn't what is happening.
